Busy Leader:
Reagan Fischer
Lead Marketing Designer
Life Insurance Academy

Reagan wanted help navigating team transitions, leading up as a creative, and an extra voice in the creative process. We spent three months meeting regularly for coaching.

Here is what we covered together.

  • Design Leadership

Design leadership happens when designers user their skill set to bring concepts and ideas to life for leaders. This process provides clarity to messages that later lead to impact.

  • Making the Brainstorm Work Smarter

When you are the lead marketing designer, taking brainstorms and turning them into campaigns can be a challenge. Creating key questions that need to be answered when the idea session can speed up the whole process.

  • Navigating Change

Change happens to us and around us constantly as members of teams. Navigating it especially when you are potentially adding more work to your plate. Laying out insecurities, putting boundaries in place, and keeping communication lines open with your leader are key.

“Jon’s insight gave me much-needed clarity and an outside perspective that has allowed me to grow and expand as a creative, and take on a leadership role. Jon meets you where you’re at and works hard to help you get where you need to be!” - Reagan Fischer
